They'll even pay for your kids, as it's only right to return the favor. Break all of the laws you want to, they don't mean anything at all...they're sooo humanistic over there, what's a criminal or 2. Yes, they will spend govt. monies learning how to communicate with you, as you are so entitled to anything you need or want there. They are a nurturing bunch...you'll be well taken care of, I'm sure. =)

They don't like Americans in the first place. They get in legal trouble. I hear Mexican jails are not like American jails and you can expect to be treated like dog poo while you serve time before you get out of jail. So, expect jail time, and I am sure they will harrass you in English, just to make sure you understand how very much they hate you and didn't appreciate you coming in illegally. Then they are going to make it quite clear you are not to come back again, probably also in English. But you aren't going to get them to put all their stuff in English no.
