you can get married in india or pakistan, and the spouse can move to either country. i have an aunt who moved to india after marriage and two aunts who moved to pakistan from india after marriage. its a very common occurrence so if you are moving to india, speak to the consulate and check the procedures in place.
but it is a very simple procedure to move between the countries if marriage is involved.
first of all you should hav to take a permisson of indian goverment
then have amarrage certificate then pakistani girl should take green card to be a citizen of india then there is a permission to marry ech other

If you are a Muslim, then they will not show any interest unless you dramatise it through the Indian media. Better invite Zee TV, NDTV and SONY. As per India's age-old custom, once a girl marries someone, she becomes in integral part of the boy's family. So, as soon as you are married, you are as much an Indian as any other.
If you reside outside India, you could apply for Overseas Citizenship of India (details available in any Indian consulate web site). In about 3-4 months, you will be like (almost) an Indian citizen with a passport. If you are residing in India, approach nearest passport office.
U should not worry about it. your future husband must do it.For simple reason,if he loves u he will definitely do it for u.
