I was with friends last year on a visitor visa in Canada. I did overstayed for 3 months, then iI left canada and i tried to went back past February 1 month after that because of my girl and the refuse my entry to canada. Now I`m planning to go back with a job offer company trasferee in the port of entry under Nafta, because I`m mexican. Do anybody knows if I`m in trouble if I want to go back to Canada? or if the refused the visa if I can enter a visitor once again ?
I hope somebody knows about this.
Thanks

Answer:
Since you are a citizen of Mexico, you cannot get NAFTA approval on entering the US, as Canadians can. You must apply for the visa ahead of time. Read this:

If you have been refused entry then you must go to an embassy and straighten out the problem, once you have been denied you will keep being denied.
