im sure if you are fired or you quit...it would be the company's responsibility to notify the proper authorities that you are no longer eligible for the visa that allowed you to come to UAE.....if your visa was based on employment with that specific company then if you are no longer part of the company then ur visa also terminates as well regardless of the time of expiry stated on the visa itself....
