the best & foremost way is ::: when u r taking ur food take some out of it & distibute among ur family members and u can save some rice>>> why this is?????? bcz by this way u can at the end of the month save some money..... so in the next month with that money u can provide some food to the starving people of INDIA........ if u will take the responsibility of 5 people then simultaneously whole country's problem can be solved.......

Seriously, if you want to stop starvation in India, look at demand and supply. Nature always kept the population way down by killing off babies using a technique called "infant mortality"
Obviously, we declared Mother Nature to be "Enemy Number One!" We clobbered infant mortality!
Now, most infants survive to become adults.
Before we solved infant mortality, couples had like twenty kids just so that one or two would survive.
Now, most couples have 1 or 2 so that 1 or 2 will survive.
Problem is, some cultures have yet to make the connection that you don't need to have 20 kids. So, they're still having 20 kids. And most survive to adulthood.
Do the math. That's a lot of people!!!!! Is there more land? No. There are better farming methods (such as elimination of rainforests and decimation of countless millions of species, soon to include the human race, if we're not careful).

India does not have scarcity of food. They grow enough to feed themselves and even export.
If anyone is starving in India, it could be due to their personal financial position or corrupt food distribution system. Personal financial problems exist everywhere, even in US. Corruption - this is not removable !
