I handle payroll at a manufacturing facility in TN. In Tn there is a system set up to reprot all new hires w/ their ssn# so that they may be located by child support or other government entities.
Child support orders are sent to employers and employees wages are garnished in the amount specified on the support order up to 50% of their net pay.
An illegal alien working under the table would never be touched by such an order as no American working under the tabel would have no worries either.
And by the way if they are in the United States making babies- illegals are our problem

I've wondered about ALL Dad's that are eluding Child Support. Those poor kids with no support from their father's.

In some sub-cultures in America, over 50% of children are, even now, being born into no-Dad 'families' [single mothers]. Way too many of these no-Dads end up moving on and providing little or no support for their offspring.
Court order?? Don't -- it's laughable because it hurts so much. Court ordered child support is often so small that the child would starve if s/he wasn't on welfare and that's even when it is paid. As i'm sure you're aware, it frequently isn't paid anyway -- money for dating the next chick [unknowing soon to be single mother] is far more important to no-Dads who fancy themselves Casanova.
Well, why don't you solve the problem with your own ''dedbeat dads" before worring about other ones.
I'm sure there a alot. the few dumb white girls i know has 2 to 3 kids. and their baby's daddy ran out on them. and i agree we have our own dead beat dads to worry about.
