Everyone would suffer less, because,
the resources of Mexico could then be used to take care of her people living here and in Mexico!
US born children would lose their education to having to spread their education dollars to educate those from Mexico.
That is basically what is happening with illegal immigration, now.
It is not going to happen, so why are you asking such a stupid question.
The entire nation would suffer as a whole.
I think more men pay income and real estate taxes than women (?) in which case men will suffer most. I think Mexican women will be better off because they will be extended REAL equal rights and protections they don't have, and I think US men would have an easier time getting a prettier young wife so that might be harder on US women. I think about this time the Quebecois will probably capture Washington and we'd all have to learn French (their version). Je Moi Souviens!

There was a lot of discussion of making Pierto Rico the 51st state. What most believe is that there would be a lot of tax dollars that would have to be diverted to Puerto Rica, to improve the living condition to be acceptable to be part of America. Billions has to be spent to improve infrastructure, educations and to improve pay.

Dunno. But it would suck! The US is "brown" enough! We don't want to lose are Anglo identity. I hope that Mexico can be less 3rd-world, some day, but it don't look good.
