I'm curious as to the purpose of your even asking this question. I know that I have heard in the news that there are instances of Mexicans being racist against black people. However, I put this down to the same thing as anyone else having racism towards anyone else. In the USA, there is racism. In Mexico, there is racism. In countries of Europe, there is racism. This doesn't mean that ALL people of any one country are racist. I hope that your question gets reported and removed from here, though I am not the one who will be reporting you.
