Will Johnny Sutton bring charges against the service dog 147 bundles of marijuana discovered ?
LAREDO, Texas — Agents seized 2,900 pounds of marijuana worth $2.3 million at a checkpoint on Interstate 35 north of Laredo, the U.S. Border Patrol said Friday.
A service dog alerted Border Patrol agents to a tractor-trailer just before midnight Thursday. Agents inspected the semitrailer and found more than 147 bundles of marijuana mixed in with a shipment of fruit juice.
The driver, the vehicle and the drugs were turned over to special agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Border Patrol said.
Answer:
Should we start asking for a full pardon for the dog now?
Rephrase your question, I don't get what you are asking.
Absolutely, because he didn't have a warrant.

JC, I was being entirely facetious, but thanks for the info!
Johnny Sutton should be investigated. He’s probablygetting paid by the drug smugglers or the Mexican Govement. The agents that cought the crimminal illegals will probably end up in jail. THIS IS THE MOST ******* LOVING ADMINISTRATION THIS COUNTRY HAS EVER HAD.

Johnny Sutton believes homosexual child rapists, murderers and high level drug dealers are people who should be provided Amnesty. Sutton believes that Border Patrol Agents doing their jobs are a far greater threat to America (or at least George Bush's Norte American Union scheme).
The driver, the vehicle and the drugs were turned over to special agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement,
Guess that means Sutton and his pals got this shipment through.
