The only way is to marry and American citizen and have them sponsor you. Or you have to start a business that you can prove can not be done by an American and you have to hire I think at least 17 Americans. Or be independently wealthy - not sure of the $$$ amount. Contact an immigration attorney. It takes time and money, but can be done. Hey wait a minute - I thought we were the bad guys and everyone hates us. Funny how so many want to immigrate here.
