hi basically im from india, 23 yrs old currently working for a french company in dubai. i wanna migrate to new zealand, ( since canada is very difficult ). is there any way like i can immigrate to some dull african country and from there i can immigrate to some good countries. do some one knows agencies for foreign marriages, so that i can be a citizen in that country. can i get a tourist visa easily, if i get it i will go to europe or new zealand , either i should try for a job or marry some one there

APPLY to the country that you want to immigrate to through the proper channels is the BEST WAY.
To go any other route is to be nothing more than a law breaker and if found out never be allowed to enter after being jailed.
Why don't you go over to another country the proper way instead of marrying someone to get a passport?
If you have a degree you will be able to provide the country with something. Australia for example, only lets people in if they possess a skill they need.
There are millions of other options instead of fooling someone to let you stay. Work hard and you will be rewarded!
