Report the businesses that HIRE them.

Look up USCIS online that is what I did. I got some numbers, paid for calling them to report her etc. But keep in mind if there are many in your region because of the expense immigration no longer deports them and if they do it is just across the border so they can come back easily.
They tell them in court go home or get caught again and go to jail...yeah sure they go home. For the most part immigration does not deport anymore because there are too many of them and they do not make money on that & it costs them money so why would a greed oriented enterprise bother?
It is easier to get them deported if they have committed crimes. You have to know where they live, what their names are and be able to prove they are working for the most part. Then they may get away during the time you report them. I reported one here on a student visa illegally working and not attending school after 9-11 because I knew where she worked, that she was prostituting for extra money and things like cars which is a deportable offense but I could not prove it, and where she lived because she hit me in a car she got for favors then flirted to the young police officer so that she got faulted along with my husband when we got hit from behind. She told him she did not want to loose her insurance again as she had an accident less than three months earlier that cost 3 thousand dollars so he asked if he could come over when she said yes he ignored my husband and faulted him also such that my insurance was affected. So I did what I could to deport her but someone at immigration got involved and began lying that she was allowed to be here which shows that there is still someone inside immigration giving out student visas illegally after 9-11. They hand social security cards to student visa recipients which needs to be stopped because then they just come here to work. Immigration has not been completing the process regarding student visas.
