How do i obtain a H1-B Worker Visa after I graduate and my F-1 Student Visa expires?

Usually international students apply for OPT before obtaining an H-1b visa.
You need to go to the International Office or OISS and find the form for OPT( Optional Practical Training) and apply for it. But you need to do that before graduating from college. Approximately 3 month after applying for OPT, you will get a work permit so you can work at a company that you are hired.
Then, if you want to gain an H-1b visa, you need to ask your employer whether or not s/he could be your sponsor to apply for an H-1b for you.
Apply for for work and when accepted, the company will issue a certificate of employment then use it for your Worker Visa application.
