Is it time to funnel more money into a corrupt immigration system or for immigration reform?

All that it is going to do is make it so that they have to go through immigration to pay to come here. Forty years ago a Mexican citizen could cross the border pay El Paso City hall ten dollars and become a US citizen. Today people have to pay thousands may never get it so they just come back illegally. It seems the objective is to put more money in the pockets of people who steal from immigrations funds, increase their salaries but not to make sure the workers they allow in pay more in taxes to the U.S. They constantly catch immigration workers bringing across illegals for 400 dollars a head in border crossing vans and a man locally in Florida has brothers who work for immigration on the border patrol who bring him illegals to work for him. It is not time to funnel more money into immigration but it is time for immigration reform totally. Fire all of them and replace them with prior service like they did with baggage handlers I say!

they need to put the fence up. and put better officers at the gate. in the 80's when my sister and family went to mexico on a day visit she took her kids with. i went to help her handle the 3 kids. her husband was in the marines stationed in ocean side Calif. he is american mexican 5th generation born here. he had to show his id's and she had to show the baby's birth certificates and her id to show she was the mother on their birth records. i can not understand why they have become so slack on the border. it is getting crazier. we should just make mexico a part of the united states and kick fox out of office. and fix that messed up country.
They should fire all the people in immigration shut down immigration long enough to do this or just replace them as they should have asap just like they did baggage handlers. Sure there has been some slow down because of this from time to time but they caught alot of people by replacing them with prior service. I say give all military who have served in Iraq especially disabled priority to replace all workers at immigration and we will have a more secure immigration process because they know why it needs to be done right?This is a slap in the face to our military to send them out to fight a war but to leave the US unsecure by keeping people who are inept working in immigration still.
