Sponserships to work in US?

I am a certifed PSW(cda) equalivate to a CNA in the US. I was wondering what nursing homes in New York (Buffalo area)help with sponserships?
How do you find an employer who hires Canadians for a sponsership?

Answer:
I highly doubt you would find a facility willing to pay for sponsorship for this type of job. It is considered a low skill job. There really isn't a shortage of CNA's. Most facilities provide the classes themselves and therefore would have no need to sponsor someone.
Professional nurses are always in demand however, and have a better chance of getting sponsorship.
There are no work visas for this type job. You'd need to be a full fledged Registered Nurse to be eligible for an H1b.
