I have UK birth certification cause i born in London but my nationality is Iraqi and now i want to pursue?

Since you were born in London, You are UK citizen, regardless of nationality.

Sometimes UK universities also have a note about UK/ EU citizenships, that is that you've previously lived in the UK/EU for 3 years for non-education purposes before you apply to a UK university. Find out about this first.
Also ask the university you're interested in attending which they propose. They are helpful so you might find out that they say that the above mentioned point doesn't apply to you.
Generally to be considered a citizen of a country you need more than a birth certificate from there- tax file number, driver's license, health care card etc etc that in effect 'proves' you are a UK individual and not some 'overseas' someone or other. If you get my drift about what I mean, sorry that I can't explain myself better.
Contact the university of your choice and ask them this question. I'm sure they will be helpful.
