If I migrate to canada, how can i come back to the U.S?

Are there any visas that I could get so I can come back to the U.S? Maybe a student visa?...Any other visa suggestions will be great! What can i do to come back legally and permanently if i migrate to Canada?

Answer:
It all depends on your current status in the US. If you are a US citizen and you migrate to Canada, you can cross the border at will. If you are a permanent resident of the US, you should apply for US citizenship before migrating to Canada. If you are neither a citizen or a permanent resident of the US and you want to migrate to Canada, you will have to apply for a visa to enter the US. You cannot get a student visa unless you are enrolled in a US school.
