I agree with your disgust. Look at the two PB agents that are going to jail for shooting two illegal aliens that threatened them, and tried to smuggle drugs... Yeah, they're going to prison for 12 years for doing their job. What is this country coming to, and what part of illegal do people not understand.
if you're referring to that one incident, then the Mexican troops were apparently acting on orders from the drug lords, and we had no troops at the border, only ICE agents and police, if it had come to putting troops there to repel an attack, I dare say the counter offensive would have stopped well south of Mexico City. and Mr Fox had better remember that!

Our govt knows about this, both parties. But consider that the Mex population DOUBLED since 1986 (the yr amnesty was granted) and their numbers in the U.S. - IF THEY'RE GIVEN THE RIGHT TO VOTE - will swing every election!
Congresspersons regularaly vote themselves a nice pay-raise. HOW DO YOU HONESTLY SEE THIS TURNING OUT?

Where are our heros to solve this problem - I just got a letter from Social Security - 1/2 of which was in Spanish - Jesus what language is spoken in this country. Perhaps the mexican will become a third party and take over the US. I suggest for every spanish person that is an illegal immigrant that succesffully crosses yhe border that we take a citzen here and send them to Iraq and have them be-headed.
Why is this not on the national news? That is my question. The American people would DEMAND ARMED troops on the border to stop a repeat of this news story is why. Why is the media not making this known outside the internet bloggers? It's time to close our borders by force.
