Have to years married visa,wl expire on july,what visa i cn get after this,as i only live of 18 months here?

if the home office wl give me an extension visa of 6 months,should i need to prepare some requirements

Hello, Not sure what country you are talking about- you should say which one as laws are different in different countries. If you are in Britain on a two year settlement Visa- you can apply for you Visa for INDEFINITE LEAVE 28 days before your current visa expires. You need to go to the IND website and get FORM SET M and fill it in and return it with a fee of £335 (check website to be sure).

I do not know if you have to prepare for an extension. My advice is to check the website and do EVERYTHING you have to before it expires because if it does- you may have to go through a lot of trouble to get it legal again, and they don't make it easy. The LOVE to charge fees for everything- so just be careful. Good luck.
