I am currently trying to obtain a Spanish residency (I live in Spain). My lawyer told me i need to obtain a criminal report. I called the police station where i grew up but they had no idea what i was talking about. I only have to prove that i don't have a criminal record. I've tried various websites for any info but i'm not sure who i need to contact. My mother will pick this up for me since i'm in Spain. This report also must be notarized and sealed with an internation Hague seal and all this needs to be done ASAP.
Any specific help would be appreciated
Answer:
Its a backround check. Call your clerk of courts in the city and they will be able to help you. They will want your ID and social security number, I hope your mother has these.
