A question to every American and Indian?

If Americans have a dream to visit India and they can come and enjoy but the same time a normal Indian want to come US for touring the states then why Americans don't value Indians and even American government don't give visas for poor Indians

Of course rich people can travel and enjoy their tour
but inequalities between poor and rich

Is it fair..?

See I am not against Indians not Americans too

but I am interested to know why why people feel like that, on the other hand Indian people value American citizens and they are very helpful and friendly, when any American tourist touring India
but the same thing is not applicable for poor indian why

See good people lives everywhere not just in developed countries

Justify please.

Answer:
Where are you getting this from?
this is a question of many people.

people are not all fair, and the day we actually open our eyes and see this, we will be able to do something about it.
Life is sometimes not Fair, so I guess I wont go to India.
Hope that is fair enough.
The issue isn't about being Indian, or mexican, or Italian, or whatever. The issue is that America is having a very bad problem with illegal aliens, those who cross our borders without the proper paperwork, and those who come the right way but refuse to leave when their allotted time is up (overstaying their visas).

The laws to come into the US may be hindered by some of your OWN governments laws as well.
to tell you the truth indians are glad wen somebody from america comes to visit India, they want them to feel like it is their home
but americians i dont exaclty know wats up with them
it is not a question of being rich or poor. Even your question is not fair because it generalizes everything and paints everything and everybody in the same way. We don't know how many visa applications which are denied are actually totally wrong.

First of all, American law is more developed and based on their experiences. Indian law is not.

When the law is applied, the results for most part are fair- not all of them are-that is just the nature of the beast.

Indian laws apply the "visitor visa": rules differently based on their system, values, cultural, tourism and other needs. The laws surrounding tourism and the resulting over stay and other results (effect of illegal immigration on economy, etc.) are not well-developed. And sometimes the problems are neglected. For example, India has own issues regarding illegal immigration from Banglda Desh, Nepal, Burma, etc.

Americans reject the tourist visa based on their system and perception of who is likely to come and never go back. The criteria used is family ties in India, value of assets, business and job related issues, etc.

It might appear to be arbitrary decision but it is not. The decision is taken by Consuls trained in interviewing skills, application evaluation and other foreign policy matters. Plus there is a way to re-apply and get your application considered by a second consul. I am aware of situations where on consul rejected the application and other approved it the next day. My point being that there is a way to check and balance.

The system is not perfect but it is very functional and efficient.

You definitely come across as someone whose visa is denied.

My suggestion: review your own case and situation and balance the equities/factors in your favor and against: your age, education, marital status, financial standing, ties to India and US, family members in India and US, etc. And then think from prospective of US Consular. You will know the answer.

If you feel very strongly, go back and apply again with more evidence of your intent and ties to India. You will get the visa. It is your burden to prove that you will return.
It's because Indians are brown people. If you were a white European, you would be more than welcomed in this country. Unfortunately, until whites become extinct, there is not much that will change anytime soon..good luck!
The problem is that poor Indians are more likely to violate the USA laws and stay here illegally then it is for a US Citizen to violate the laws of India and illegally stay.

It is the same as with Canadians and Mexicans. Mexicans are treated stricter then Canadians.
When those poor indians are in the clinic making me wait
for welfare service, I feel like they are breaking the law.
And then they smile at me!?
That is really too bad and a shame on us Americans. My older sister spend a month in India in the 1970's and had a good time and said the people were very sweet. I don't know why Americans seem to have a arrogant attitude.I have noticed that we are like that in many countries.I believe it is all about money and a feeling of entitlement. We are not as sophisticated as we think we are. We think that if we spend enough money then everyone should just welcome us. When i am overseas,I am sometimes embarassed by my fellow coutymen..Sorry...
Poor Indians will most likely overstay their visas. Perhaps if the poor Indians in the past had played by the rules and actually went back to India when their visa expired, other poor Indians, like yourself, would be have been given a chance. Blame your people, not us!

Most Americans will go to India and spend money there to help their economy. Stop complaining. Yeah, life is unfair. It's unfair for all of us.
I can't speak for our government or the immigration services in any of our countries but to visit here should not be a problem. Contact your travel agencies and government and I would imagine they'd be able to give you a better answer than we could. There are really good people in America and I know that they wouldn't want you to be closed out for a visit. If you don't have a criminal record or dealings with Muslim radicals, there's no a reason I can think of. I wish you good luck on getting here and I hope you have a great visit.
The problem is not who gets to go, but who will go home after the vacation is over. There are a lot of Americans that would like to travel also, but can not afford to.
