As long as you and your husband submit sufficient evidence with your form I-751 that you continue to have a true marriage, no problem, next card will be valid evidence for a period of 10 years, he can apply for Naturalization 3 months in advance of the third anniversy of the date the conditonal residence status was issued. this date is on his card stated as "Resident since:"
