I have a few questions...?

1 - A person whose father was brought to Australia from New Zealand to work 28 years ago, has not become an Australian citizen but because he was here before they changed the laws, he is eligible for centrelink benefits without hassle. If he was to break the law seriously, can they deport him?

2 - If the above person had a criminal record and left the country on a holiday, can they stop him from coming back into Australia when he tries to return, he's lived here for 28 years and has a family here?

2 - If someone has a criminal record will they be refused entry to the UK?

Answer:
So your father from New Zealand who's a criminal dole bludger
wants to have a holiday in the UK.
No we should not let him back. If he doesn't want to be an Australian he can go back to New Zealand, I don't care how long he has been here.
Just as a matter of interest, is he also picking up welfare benefits from New Zealand as well, as this is often the case.
