What is the best way to immigrate to USA?
Answer:
Some get a visa through the Embassy in Jordan. I read recently that we gave twice as many visas this year as last year.
Good luck!
legally, i dunno how tho
Find an American to marry.
Swim for it like everyone else. seriously, contact the us embassy about a work visa
Impossible.
well.. I think if you join the US military you would be automatically granted citizenship.. but I dont think many people would be too interested in that right now.
I would contact a lawyer, and do it the legal way. It will probably take a lot longer but someday you will get here.
Cross the southern U.S. border. No one will stop you. Just ask the 12 million Mexicans illegally present in the U.S.
I would get a visitor's visa and then apply for political asylum. In order to get a green card through political asylum you must have a fear of returning to your home country on account of your race, religion, political opinion, membership in a particular social group, nationality, or fear that you will be tortured if you return to your country. I think that would be the easiest way for you!
You have to hold a Green Card for 5 years before you can become a citizen.
Best way is to have something (knowledge or skills) the US wants. EB1 for Aliens of Extraordinary Ability means you are internationally known and famous in your field (like winning a Nobel prize. If you have something less than that but still impressive, you may get EB2 as an Alien of Exceptional Ability; you can also get EB2 if you have knowledge or skills necessary for US national security or otherwise in the national interest. These are the "national interest" waiver. EB1 or NIW mean you can self-sponsor without Labor Certification.
Otherwise, you will need a sponsor, either an employer or a qualified family member. Employers have to go through Labor Certification to show there is no qualified US worker available to do the job at the prevailing wage (PW is established by the government). Family members typically must be US citizens to sponsor you for a Green Card.
Once you have a GC for 5 years, you can apply for naturalization to become a US citizen.
If your life is being threatened then you can file an asylum application. I dont know how easy it is to get into the USA that way, so you might want to try a few other countries as well. Asylum application would be the way to go.
