first off..you have to determine what type of visa and which country you want to immigrate or visit......then do some research on the requirements...and finally if ur are eligible ....go ahead and apply within the embassy of the country u want to visit or immigrate...in other words....its like a job interview...if you qualify...u get the job...similarly ....if you're eligible ...then you will get the visa..........

I don't think making a visa is legal, but then again neither is immigrating without one.
Go down to the southern part of TEXAS, ARIZONA, NEW MEXICO, and CALIFORNIA, ...OH and don't forget FLORIDA.. (FAKE) Visas and green cards are about $25-$50 a pop.. maybe less..bring them back and get your brand new drivers license..
