Yes it is Illegal and we need to stop the corruption in washington which is stopping the boarder fence from being built. Go to grassfire.org and sign the petition to pardon boarder agents who allegedly shot a drug smuggler in the butt. The balistics don't match and they are getting beaten in prision as we speak. Yes. Today in Arizona some gunmen just killed three illegals, and two were found dead in the back of a truck. The same is happening to american soldiers in irak everyday. They are kidnapped, as some illegals were today, and are found dead days later. What a shame. Don´t do to others what you don´t want others to do to yourself.

TJ Bonner of the Border Patrol Union indicated that agents don't have to file a written report about a shooting so all that crap about the reason they are in jail with regards to not filing a report is garbage. Also the agent s that testified against the agents lied in their initial report and the government forced them to testify against the agents to save their own butts so they lied again.
