People from US Can get visa for touring India very easily but Indians can't get visa easily is it fair..?

I know some friend I personally have experienced that people from US (American Citizen) get visa easily without delay
but why Indians not get visa

Do American people think that they are rich and we are still poor

Is it fair..?

Do US government can justify human beings

Answer:
Why do people always say their country is way better and then their as*es are over here in America, if their country in better then stay home. Most Americans go home after a visit to India, Indians stay in America after a visit they don't want to go home to live any more. We have enough poor coming from Mexico we don't need any more poor people that is why their are quotas on Visa's. If all we took in were poor people our country will be destroyed any body knows that and every country knows that and every country has limits. If your country is rich then stay home.
No, they justify terrorist.. An american isn't interested to blow up other countries but exploring around the globe. Even you're rich they still give you hard time.
they think were going to do something to their country
trust me india is way better
It is not a question of being rich or poor. Even your question is not fair because it generalizes everything and paints everything and everybody in the same way. We don't know how many visa applications which are denied are actually totally wrong.

First of all, American law is more developed and based on their experiences. Indian law is not.

When the law is applied, the results for most part are fair- not all of them are-that is just the nature of the beast.

Indian laws apply the "visitor visa": rules differently based on their system, values, cultural, tourism and other needs. The laws surrounding tourism and the resulting over stay and other results (effect of illegal immigration on economy, etc.) are not well-developed. And sometimes the problems are neglected. For example, India has own issues regarding illegal immigration from Banglda Desh, Nepal, Burma, etc.

Americans reject the tourist visa based on their system and perception of who is likely to come and never go back. The criteria used is family ties in India, value of assets, business and job related issues, etc.

It might appear to be arbitrary decision but it is not. The decision is taken by Consuls trained in interviewing skills, application evaluation and other foreign policy matters. Plus there is a way to re-apply and get your application considered by a second consul. I am aware of situations where on consul rejected the application and other approved it the next day. My point being that there is a way to check and balance.

The system is not perfect but it is very functional and efficient.

You definitely come across as someone whose visa is denied.

My suggestion: review your own case and situation and balance the equities/factors in your favor and against: your age, education, marital status, financial standing, ties to India and US, family members in India and US, etc. And then think from prospective of US Consular. You will know the answer.

If you feel very strongly, go back and apply again with more evidence of your intent and ties to India. You will get the visa. It is your burden to prove that you will return.
I quess it is hard to get a visa to the USA. I know that in Hungary, for every 100 people who apply only around 5 get the visa. They have to show that they have money in the bank and a job back home waiting for them.I just don't know...
