Actually very difficult. Do you intend to marry the woman? She will not obtain British citizenship for at least three years if that is your plan. She would need to have a work permit, this is difficult to obtain as so many people from the Philippines want one, she will need a lot of money in her bank account, and qualified skills would really be desirable. She would attend for interview, where they will ask what her reasons for coming to the UK are and how long she intends to stay. She will not be able to enter the UK if she arrives without the necessary visa. I would suggest you look into the possibility of her initially obtaining a study visa if you are serious, but even then she would need to convince the immigration officer in Manila that she is serious about studying in the UK. Hold back on the extension of invitations as well, as this could be potentially viewed by the UK Embassy as sexually related, given the number of young women from the Philippines who get stuck in that situation. Probably very easy..as easy as the woman herself...I've heard lots of stories like this..the women are desperate to marry a white man for the life style here (not for love) then once they are settled here they find themselves their true love, more often a younger, better looking man... sad, but true...
I don't think it's that hard as long as you have lots of money for her and her family as far as work most agencies will take her on depending on what she can do

My girlfriend is from Marinduque and has been working as a critical care nurse in England for over 4 years (we've been going out just over one year) because British women are (apparently) too lazy to study up and do some very necessary but pretty disgusting work for comparatively low wages.

The Philippines exports over 10% of its labour force, be it as cooks, sailors, maids, nurses or (sadly) hookers, so the infrastructure exists for English speaking Filipinos to come here.
The whole "mail order bride" thing has made genuine immigration hard, even in cases where the woman has married a Brit man, but if the woman in question works over here long enough she should be able to get a residency, then a passport.
just marry her in her country than bring her back on a 6 mth visa then apply for full entry when back in the uk

We don't need any more under paid workers here. We need to pay our own people a decent wage with decent working conditions...We haven't always had CHEAP immigrant labour. This country has survived real bad times on our own..
There used to be an old saying where there's muck there's money and the poorest of the poor in this country worked bloody hard....SO PAY them the RIGHT money and our people will work.
