You can become a U.S. citizen at any age. If you came to the U.S. with your parents and they're applying for citizenship, then they can petition for you to become a citizen as soon as they get their naturalization certificate.
Edit: In response to Nickv's smartypants answer... I apparently didn't go into enough detail with my previous answer. If you're under 18, your parents can file an N-600 or N-565 application for you to derive citizenship, whichever one applies to your situation. If you're over 18, you can file an N-400 application for Naturalization for yourself.
I don't work for Immigration anymore because my husband and I moved out of the area and the location we moved to doesn't have any USCIS offices anywhere near here.
