What are my rights as a citizen of the U.S. to help my mother, who is an immigrant, be a citizen? im 17 yrs.?

Answer:
If your mother is an immigrant, and therefore living (legally) in the US, she merely needs to wait 5 years and apply for citizenship. There is nothing you can do to speed that process. If she is not living in the US, you can apply to sponsor her, but expect it to take many years. If she is here illegally, you probably need to see an immigration attorney.
you can't do anything, you are too young
Access to due process. Step one is to fill the required forms. Start at your local post office.
You can have her start the required paperwork.
You have to be 21 to petition for her. However, if she is deported before then there will be a 10 year ban on her being able to return.
Is she a permanent resident? If she's not, she might be able to petition to be a permanent resident on the basis of having to support you. Once she's a permanent resident it's five years before she can take the test to be a citizen.
