The minutemen have broken no laws at all. The real lawbreakers are the ones who sneak in from another country, open fire on or threaten our legitimate border patrol who are themselves put in jail when they defend themselves. I guess the rights of invaders and druglords are more important than those of our defenders. This country is lost!
And the drug smuggler who is about to sue The US for $5 il isnt a criminal. He got shot in the butt, its not like they cripppled him for ever, he can still run is drug smuggling ring.

as many as it takes for them to learn the laws! They are not above the law and those that went to prison for shooting illegals deserve to be there since they are criminals. If they hadn't done anything wrong, they wouldnt be in prison.
I think it is very easy for the patrol agents to find another job because of their education but the people who become one love their jobs for the country and I think their should be highly respected by everyone and even our president and government. To answer your question I dint think the patrol agents should go to jail. I think the patrol agents should get 5 million not the bad gays.

What laws are the Minutemen breaking?
Actually there was an effort in Arizona to make the minutemen considered domestic terrorists. But it was just defeated and the minutemen are still going to be around.
And if I someone was an illegal I would be afraid of the day they did go to jail, because then you would probably start seeing unorganized vigilantes and illegals would probably start getting shot by people.
