Can a k1 visa holder go back to her country of origin during her 2 years probation?

Answer:
By 2 year probation, do you mean holding a Conditional Permanent Resident card? If you have the Conditional Permanent Resident card, then yes, you can travel with that, no need for the Advanced Parole.

If you are still waiting for approval for your Conditional Permanent Resident card, then you will need to file for Advanced Parole (Form 1-131) first before leaving the US.
You have to apply for "early (i forget the term)"
But yes.
Also I understood it was 6 months to remain in USA.

* OK it's called "advance parole"
