I don't think they can legally own one, but I believe most of them do. The U.S. has no way of keeping track on them and I don't think they really care. The minorities in this country have more rights than natural born citizens. They can get dissabillity, food stamps etc. a lot easier than the people born here. Free medical care is handed out to them.. I know people born here from families living here forever who can't get health care at all, yet we spend our tax dollars on people who have no right to be here. Our governments an overhaul.

What part of the Second Amendment don't you folks understand? The right to bear arms is not just for citizens, it's for all. Take away anyone's right except for a convicted criminal, and you loose the right to your own. Regardless of their legal residency status, they have a right to bear arms. State laws will determine what kind of arms, but they have the right. Now go study your Bill of Rights, children!
