if you are talking about immigration to the usa and canada, i know that canadian govt has open the immigrations for the skilled persons. so if you have any skill that is required by the canadians, you can apply for the immigration. go their website and find out or call the canadian embassy and find out. good luck
The United States is a very large country with many climates and different terrains. I can not answer your question accurately because I have no idea where you are planning to go. We have the south with temps in the 80's this time of year and we have the north with snow this time of year. We have the east with high humidity and the mountains with no humidity.
