You are just as much a criminal as they are. Your best bet is to hire them and once they finish the job refuse to pay them. If they complain then call INS. That will shut them up. If you don't pay them then you didn't hire them. :)

Go to Wal Mart and in the grocery section, they have an aisle with all of this crap we don't ever eat here. They must be selling it to somebody, hang out long enough, and maybe you will find one.
