Don't listen to Operation Robin Hood. Stay away from the Russians. Russians are too smart by the halves and will manipulate the system so that they get everything from the green card to the house (and we won't start on the kids).
I would say something like "I'd like to get to know you a bit better first," then if you want to get married say "how about we live in your country, you'll be near all your friends etc" and see how they take it. If they keep saying "no.. no.. want to live overseas and get citizenship" then all the flags wil be raised.
It could be that this lady's objective is just to get married to a nice man (not anyone in particular at the moment), but there are some out there who believe that they're only ticket out of the slums they live in is via a rich 1st world bloke.

Your most obvious clue is they are not citizens of the country in which you are. Those people are a dime a dozen or better.

It is illegal to marry a non US citizen forprofit just to get them a green card and you can be prosecuted and sent to jail if convicted.
I wouldn't do it once you marry her she is free to live in the USA,
then she also can divorce you if she is just doing it for freedom of this country.We have too much of this just from military people doing it.But at least there isn't any children invoved.
Just communicate with her for a while, if she is trying to use you, you will soon find out, and if she ask for money for any reason forget it. Eitherway give her a chance, she might be sincere.
Well, let's see, she is looking for someone to marry in the US. There's a clue right there. It is not because they are no men in Asia. It is not as easy as it once was for a non-citizen to gain citizenship by mere marriage, but there are people out there trying to do it. Of course, she may just be madly in love with you and simply wants to get married. Of course, this sort of thing is not usually established over the internet.
