Anyone else tired of?
Answer:
yes.
I'm tired of idiots who take what they do for granted.
Ya....I'm tired of hearing they haven't been pardoned and given a medal and are still in jail.
I'm tired of hearing that the guy who put them in jail has not been fired and sentenced for crimminal stupidity, we ought to give the border patrol explicit instructions to shoot each dope dealer in their butt
yeah, they keep talking about it like something is going to change. those guys are staying in prison where they belong
No, because they didn't BREAK the law! They did what their protocol was needed and EXPECTED at the time. This didn't start taking off until the MEXICAN Government started to get involved! Those men SHOULD be pardoned.
Giving amnesty to drug smugglers SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! These law enforcement agents were framed and you would KNOW that if you actually looked at the facts of the case instead of complaining about hearing too much about it.
I'm tired of all the law enforcement officers being JAILED, while the drug dealing CRIMINALS go free!!!! Where is the justice in that??!!
I'm tired of hearing about the fight over Anna Nicole Smith's dead embalmed body. Eww! Who wants some dead body anyway...except for necrophiliacs.
Yes, how dare they try to stop a drug dealer from coming into the U.S. After all, the law is there to protect the criminal, not the law-abiding citizen.
I think you are being very unfair. I am not attcking you on your stand for your plight. Why is your plight more important than mine ? What's wrong with bringing out further facts on this case? I just don't like what I'm feeling, I just don't like it. To me It's news fit to post The decision to keep facts from the jury." What about,Stillinger: Okay. I guess -- was it a regular border crossing card or was it a temporary parole?
Chris Sanchez: It was a parole. It was a temporary parole. I think he had it under a humanitarian benefit. The simple math just doesn't add up. And the math is - One foreign low life drug smuggler is set free twice on smuggling drugs into the USA while two Border Patrol agents get prosecuted for winging him in the butt. Get sent to prison for ten plus years
"Prosecutorial discretion" are the key words here. Johnny Sutton was never obligated to prosecute here but true to his open borders padron, George Bush, he went after these two fine men with a vengeance
No, they got arrested for doing their job.
No,
What I am tired of is mindless individuals who close their minds to the facts of the case. You probably don't even know the facts.
Were you aware that DHS lied?
Were you aware that 3 jurors were coerced into changing their verdict?
Were you aware that the only testimony that has held true and constant was that of the two border patrol agents?
Everyone else's testimony has changed several times.
Were you aware that the American justice system is based on the premise that you are INNOCENT until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt?
Even the pro illegals like Dianne Feinstein are calling for an investigation.
This case stinks and anyone that can't see it is either blind or just not interested in the truth.
Why do you want to make this issue go away? These men were convicted on lies, and a drug smuggler gets immunity and a free border pass. He was even caught trying to bring drugs here again and that was not allowed to be mentioned at the trial. But anything goes as long as you get your wish of open borders, right? These are only people looking for a better life. To go with your logic I suppose we should free all people in the US convicted of selling drugs. They were just trying to feed their families. And don't forget that we must prosecute the officers that were doing their jobs, if they used any violence at all in apprehending them. Or do you really think illegals deserve special rights and privileges? It seems that you do.
NOPE! Get used to it sweety! You will continue to hear about it until they are released because they are INNOCENT!!!! They didn't break the law!
They should have plugged that fleeing felon right in his tortilla shaped head.
Yes we are all tried of it, but in order to make things right ,
it must be talked about until everyone understands just what went on.
it would be much better if the guards would send our criminals to Mexico every time and allow a good hard working Mexican that is clean and just wants a better life,
all the while we have over 6 million crooks in prison that can't act like a human for more than ten minutes. what would you rather have in America murderers child molesters bank robbers all kinds of crooks,
or people that want to be good citizens and neighbours?
Yes.
No, not me.
No, I'm sick of illegal immigrants breaking our laws, and demanding rights. Oh yes and you forgot to say that the two border patrol agents shot one of your so called, people just here for a better life.
No, because they were doing there jobs.
No,because they should not be in prison.
No,because they were protecting us from criminals.
No, ect.ect.ect...
no, i am not tired of it because it was a travesty of justice.
No I'm not and I'm sure their family's aren't either.I was tired of the woman still in the church in Chicago but still debate went on.
There has been injustice and the new facts and truths are emerging. They have a right to a new trial at least for the improper way the jury was run and the misinformation the foreman gave the others on the jury ,that alone is a mistrial.
I want justice .I want justice for the BP agents that were doing their job.I want that scum drug smuggler to be jailed as the criminal he is.
No I'm not sick of any one seeking legal justice.
Neither are the millions of Americans that are helping their cause.
No,because I never heard it to begin with.I have only heard bits and pieces. If the guy was a drug dealer he got what he deserved.
Actually, yes I think the news should change. I would rather hear about more illegals and drug smugglers being deported or sentenced to prison for breaking the law.
