I had to go to canada to change my visa type and now I got engaged and I need to change my status but I read i have to fulfill 2 y back home or get waiver what is the procedures for the waiver & how long will it take I don't think my fiance will wait me 2 y to go back home and come back to be together. Please help

well, why don't your fiance goes back with you then for the 2 years?
You should also check with USCIS as there maybe an exception for a fiance visa as it is quite obvious that you can't be separated for 2 years if you jsut got engaged...
Sometimes, you can also ask for the 2 years waiver to be void.
