The Mexican government tells the poor citizens that we stold the south from them and that it used to belong to them.In reality we bought it from Mexico lock stock and barrel.The Mexicans continued to cross the border killing Americans so we declared war on them to keep them at bay.Which we succeeded in doing.But their told that we went to war to take what was rightfully theirs.In doing so they have felt fully justified in repopulating the south and also migrating to the rest of the U.S.They have accomplished much more in their attempt to take back what they fully believe to belong to them than I'm sure they ever expected of themselves.They are taking our jobs,receiving free education,free medical,they qualify for Government grants to start businesses,buy homes and cars,the ones who are illegal don't pay payroll taxes,they're changing our languange,eliminating our borders and destroying our culture and they receive more rights as citizens or non citizens than you or I have.And they also send massive amounts of money back home to Mexico making that country rich,rich rich.While in the process making us poorer.If amnesty goes through as our President proposes it will then Mexico's poor will empty out into America and we will most likely become a third world country ourselves.Where there is no middle class,education and hospitals become a thing of the past,crime skyrockets,drugs and violence dominate our streets and disease becomes widespread as we are infected by people who were never immunized in their homeland.We Americans will be the minority fighting for survival as we are concidered second class citizens.Home security?There won't be any!!!Maybe for the rich but not for you and me.Everything will become so expensive because as in third world countries you will have the rich and the poor there will be no inbetween and the American dollar will loose even more value to become like the paseo.And they are gaining support from people running our country and those who live here and hate it.Can you think of anything else that might happen if we loose to them?I can,I'll be telling my son what it was like when we were Americans and explain that it wasn't always this way.He'l look at me in shock, unbelieving because what I'll be telling him will be so different from way he'l be living.

Southern US states are being invaded and overtaken by the Mexicans. These Mexicans do not give up their Mexican heritage--even though the country did nothing for them and they had to leave. Once Mexicans are in the majority, their votes will change those states--language laws, immigration policies, open borders, etc.

It is scary when you think about it. They often refer to this movement as La Reconquistadora. They believe that the states of the American Southwest (California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas) were wrongfully taken from Mexico, so they are "repopulating" the land through illegal immigration and advocating open borders.
This is of course a crime and the movement is only gaining strength because of our own government's complacency. Politicians are trying to garner support from an exploding Hispanic population with more allegiance to Mexico than the US. We should all keep this disturbing fact in mind when voting for our next President.
Tom Tancredo (Colorado Congressman) is the only 2008 presidential candidate willing to take a true stand on this issue. He has earned my vote on that fact alone.
are you on karl rove's payroll? mexicans have always been here, they've always been crossing the border, and they don't want their corrupt govt. ruining things for them up here. There has been a group called La Raza around since I was a kid in the 70's. Ironically, they're mexican-americans, not illegals, supporting equal rights. sure, some ppl, at least pretending to be mexicans get on here and say things to get under your bigoted skin, but don't let them scare you. The MECHA group is very alarming, including that they set up camps and groups on high school and college campus's all around the country trying to convince anyone with hispanic heritiage that they need to take back 'their' country meaning us. Brainwashing... But I doubt any of them plant to stop with the south.
Absolutely. The Mexican government (incorrectly) teaches that he southwestern US was "stolen" from them. Its a lie, of course, the Hopi (among other native American tribes) kicked them out LONG before they actually ever really got a toe hold.
Apparently they are invading the South, which they can't "reclaim" because they never owned it. It's a shame too, because if we can't rely on the South to get medieval on these invading pieces of excrement, who can we rely on? Hey southerners, visit Los Angeles sometime to see your future. Better yet, bring your guns and reclaim California.
