No, we're not full up. Remember, many public figures are not native, e.g. Kelly Holmes, Freema Agyeman in Doctor Who, Ainsley Harriot, Sanjeev Bhaskar...the list could go on. Are you suggesting we kick out all immigrants, regardless of who they are?
And the situation was roughly the same with the British Empire, such as building colonial buildings in a style completely different to the local one. Imagine if a massive mosque was built here, in an Iranian style or something. There would be uproar.
