Do not send anything to that email. It is a known scam. The correct government contact would be "Immigration Canada". Governments don't use yahoo mail, it would be something ending like @cic.gc.ca
My first link is the real contact. The second link warns against scams like this using yahoo mail. Not only like this, they name this as one of the scams.
