How can i get a permament job to the united states of america?
Answer:
join the military , do your time and get fast-tracked to citizenship
Stay there PLEEZZZZ!!! Were actually trying to get rid of people here that don't pay taxes. Really there is not much opportunity here and the freedom here is not the best anymore... Unless you want to be judged all the time..
that's the 50 million dollar question, first you have to be legal in order to get a job, I don't know how you enter the country or soever, is good if you give more details about it.
i wanna do the exact same thing acctully im from australia and want to move over there ive been told to finish my diploma and then try to get into a school or something over there with the green card i'm not so sure about that so im gonna keep checking back to see what people tell you lol
2 Ways...if u possess H1B or Greencard holders to get the permenant job in US.

Head to the Mexican border, and jump the fence.
You can submit an application for residency from abroad ... and wait for your number to come up among those already on the list from your area.
Alternatively, you can be sponsored on a work visa (L1, B1, H1B) into the US by an American company. Then you put your time in, eventually changing up to an H1B. The reason for that is because the ONLY visa that allows you to apply for permanent residency is the H1B - all the others are strictly "temporary" work visas.
You must meet certain qualifications to obtain an H1B - basically, only certain occupations and academic achievements qualify. And there are a limited number of these visas available in a given year (far fewer than the number of applications received).
Once you get the H1B, you then go through the paperwork for obtaining permanent residency ... and in about 3-5 years, you will receive it (after obtaining your H1B, that is ... any time spent in the country before H1B status is not eligible toward the work/residency portion of the requirements).
Lastly - you are NOT eligible to apply for either a work visa (or even seek employment) while on a student visa. You cannot apply for permanent residency from a student visa, either.
Good luck ... I'm on the H1B-plus-five-years path myself.
