Why so many criminals from USA choose Mexico to flee their justice system?

A criminally infested and corrupt country is the best choice for a criminal obvious!
A lot of people go there to retire because it is cheeper and to flee the justice system. There is a lot of reasons.
Why do Mexicans come to America? Some to sell drugs , stay out of jail in Mexico. Or just to get a job.
Works both ways.
Because its local. And law enforcement is based of judicial payoff . So the people that should pursue you , will actually protect you if you pay off the federalies.
They learned it from the illegals. Run to Mexico to escape justice.

the climate for one the cheapness of things for another the fact that most that flee are able to do as the rich do here and that is pay their way out of troubles and then of course they do not extradite back to the usa

Because Bounty Hunting is illegal in Mexico. With the new passport requirements though many criminals won't be able to get in at least not legally.
Mainly cause Mexico is full of illegal things so anyone illegal there is just another apple on the tree.Mexico is right next door and well this is kinda stupid but true.Its better than going to Canada cause its cold up there.
I know from personal stand point that mexican nationals (mostly illegal aliens) who commit a serious crimes like rape and murder cowardly go back to mexico to hide from U.S. authorities. Then return under a false name.
i don't know...this is really weird to me. in fact, i was watching Gone With the Wind, which was made in 1938 and even in that movie, Scarlett says to Rhett, "Let's run away to Mexico!" i guess it's some great american fantasy, and also a mistaken opinion that the US law cannot find you if you are in mexico.
all i can say....if i was a spring breaker, i'd be careful who i hooked up with! it could be some infamous serial killer from the US looking for his/her next victim. yikes!!!!
