No one is "jealous" of the latino. We had a rude awakening when 9/11 happened. We realized that no matter how good we were....how much we helped people....there were people who hated us. Everybody was awoken from a deep slumber thinking we were safe. We aren't. Had to look at where our weak points are........border was one amongst others.
