Where are those Hispanic values at ?Where were the illegals parents ? This story shows this kid has been intoxicated before.Had his parents obey the law, these people would still be around.

I have said it before, no different from an American drunk driver, except if the illegal wasn't in our country illegally in the first place he couldn't be killing Americans.

The point here his that illegal aliens have no business on our roads. Most of them have never even taken a proper behind the wheel or written exam to prove that they have the minimum knowledge of the law while on the road.
