Im a spanish citizen (citizen of Spain) I have a question?

My brother has a doughter, shes 18 and shes my niece. She lives in Cuba, can I claim here, I know tha I can can claim my mom and my brother but can I claim my niece? She lives in Cuba and I want here to live free in Spain with me

I'm sorry, you most likely are not going to get an answer to your question here. i would go to an immigration government office in Spain and ask what you can do to have her brought to Spain. You could also hire an immigration attorney. Good luck!!
You need to ask your question in Y/A Spain.
The last thing the western world needs is more immigrants tell your niece to stay in Cuba and make it a better place.
You should talk to an immigration attorney.
Can't you just bring her to Spain? Is there a law prohibiting travel between both countries - she's an adult. You could try to adjust her status once in Espan~a.
