Where or how do i get a copy of a birth record in kreuznach germany?

my friend was born n germany, but lives here n the states, she need a copy of her birth records to prove who she is to get a drivers lic, here.

She will have to contact the "Einwohnermeldeamt" in Bad Kreuznach, where the records are kept. For a fee the birth cert will be sent to her.
To avoid any complications it would probably be best to have her letter of request translated into German if she does not speak the language well.

Any letter addressed to:
"Einwohnermeldeamt
Bad Kreuznach/Nahe
Germany"
will probably arrive there.

Another possibility is to contact the German embassy or the nearest consulate.
