I think much like the Disney "Park Hopper" pass it is a Mickey Mouse idea.
It's going to be the NAU.

It'd solve the illegals problem from Mexico, assuming they can tighten their own border.

It'd be nice to have some factories back over here instead of them all being in China.

I'd like to buy beachfront property in Mexico. Unless you're Mexican, you can't do that.
