Immigration?

I am trying to get my girlfriend to the US from the philippines,, I would like to know the cost of filing the paperwork, visa, passport, medical and airfare? or an agency in Salt Lake that would help me with the cost?

Answer:
You should be able to arrange the whole thing by yourself for between $2-3000 including the airfare.

Of course, this means that you will marry her or at the very least bring her over on a fiance visa.

The chances of an average young single girl from the Phillipines getting a tourist visa to come visit you in the US are about the same chances of an obese cow flying in figure eights. Sorry, but it's the truth.

It will be more expensive if you hire a lawyer or notario (derisive term meaning nonlawyer doing immigration work) to assist you. But on the other hand, if you make any mistakes, even the simplest mistake can add 3 months to the process. The last K3 that we did out of Manila took 11 months from start to finish (with no mistakes, of course). K1 visas (fiance visas) are taking almost exactly the same amount of time for processing.

Let us know if you find any relief organizations willing to help bring foreign girls into the US. I have about 300 friends who will sign up tomorrow! Sorry, I don't mean to be insensitive, but your scenario doesn't seem to present a valid charitable concern.

Please review the rules for K1 visa applicants to be certain that you and she both qualify. (link below)

Finally, don't bother contacting foreign embassies or going personally to USCIS offices unless you have a fetish that is only satisfied by taking numbers and standing in line.

All the forms you need are online at USCIS and you can download and print them in the comfort of your own home.

I don't know of any agency that will help you with the cost. If you want to bring her here, you will need to pay for that. Contact the US embassy in the Philippines. They will be able to give some guidance.
If you could get her to Mexico all she has to do is walk in
You need to go to an INS office and file your petition to let her in the US as your fiance. The INS office will inform you about the other paperwork that you have to attach to your petition.
I would contact ezvisa.com. They did a good job for me and they made it so easy.
