Easy, Write congress and demand that they pass a law that will punish employers harshly. Not the one we have now, 10 dollare fine, but ones that make them pay all back taxes, SS, health care, the cost to deport them, take the company for employers that hire over a certain number, and also jail for the CEOs and/or presidents of companies. I do not think if you started jail for them they would like it and therefore would stop hiring.

Bring the National Guard out of Iraq, send them to the borders with a "shoot on sight" order. Arm every law-abiding US citizen, and accept any and all citizens arrests of ANYONE who is found to be illegal. In order to be humane, give the illegal the choice of being SHOT to death or sent back to their own country, forbidden to ever enter the US again.
